## Getting help

**The fastest route is the chat bubble inside the app you are using.** It is on every page, and it already knows which store and plan you are on, so you do not have to explain your setup.

Otherwise, email [support@codecreationlabs.com](mailto:support@codecreationlabs.com). A real person reads every message. If you are replying to an email from us, just hit reply and it reaches the same conversation.

Each app's documentation also has a Help Center section where you can report a bug or request a feature with screenshots attached.

## Something is broken right now

Check the app's own documentation first, specifically its history and troubleshooting page. Most failures are recorded there with the exact reason.

If a whole app looks down rather than misconfigured, tell us. Include your `.myshopify.com` domain and roughly when it started.

## Data protection

Our apps run on European infrastructure. Each app publishes its own privacy policy and a data processing agreement (DPA, or AVV in German) that you can request as a signed PDF from that app's website.
